Further Information & Contacting the Artist

If you are interested in the work featured on this website and would like to contact the artist, please be invited to join my Yahoo News group "Hanblechia Studio News" located at http://groups. yahoo.com/group/hanblechia

This is a private, moderated, spam free news group exclusively for the equine artwork of Paige Easley Patty. Photos of newly finished work are posted regularly as well as notifications of pieces for sale, or rare custom order slots, offered by lottery or auction. If you do not already have a Yahoo news group ID and password you may create one and join the group free of charge. Once you have become a member you may then email the artist through the news group, not through this website. I apologise that this website is not always kept up to date with my latest work, but my Yahoo news group is updated more regularly.

Purchasing Work & Custom Orders:

Officially my studio is no longer open to accepting custom orders of any kind until further notice. Rare exceptions for bisques or resins I already have on hand here in the studio may be made. My goal is to complete my old backlog of custom orders by 2008 with future focus more on casting and producing my own sculptures entirely start to finish, as well as some other artists' sculptures - mostly in ceramics.

Payment Accepted:

USPS money orders via slow mail, or Paypal, are my prefered payment methods - the buyer's choice. (I do ask, but do not require, that buyers who choose to pay using Paypal to please consider adding a 3% tip to cover Paypal fees. This is totally voluntary!) I accept Paypal only from those who have a confirmed shipping address within the USA, Canada, or the UK that I may ship to, and otherwise qualify the sale for Paypal's Seller Protection Policy. Overseas payment from countries that are not eligiable for the protection policy need to arrange for an international bank draft made out in US funds. Credit card payment is also accepted through Paypal, and personal checks made out in US dollars and drafted from US banks are also accepted.

Bad Payments:

Personal check payments will require the artist to retain the piece for a few weeks for payment to completely clear through both banks before shipping. This payment method (personal checks) are not reccomended for sales that require or prefer quick shipment but is acceptable for time payments. Any payment form that is refused by my bank WILL be charged a $30.00 bounce fee to cover my own bank's fee per refused payment. Bad checks will be turned over to local authorities in the buyer's location if not made good within 30 days! Paypal chargebacks will also be contested as necessary unless the item in question is returned in it's original condition.

Time Payments and Trades:

Time payments with a NON REFUNDABLE deposit are occationally available on finished pieces, and always available on custom orders. I require a minimum of $200.00 down and $200.00 a month (or more) to qualify for the time payment option. Time payments are generally only allowed on purchases significantly over $200.00 USD. There will occationally be exceptions for lower priced items such as unpainted resins and those details will be posted individually as they apply. Trades are usually not accepted but may be considered for Royal Worcester ceramics, highest quality rare bisques, or unpainted resins by top sculptors

**If a buyer defaults on making their agreed monthly payments, the artist retains the right to cancel the order! See below!**

Refunds & Order Cancelations:

Any client who currently has a custom order in with me may cancel their order at any time, for any reason. 25% of the total amount owed will be retained by the artist to cover lost time, book keeping, expenses for materials, Paypal fees, etc. Any amount paid over the first 25% of the total due will be refunded. Otherwise all of my finished work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or the buyer's money back, minus only any shipping/insurance costs and any applicable Paypal fees if the item is returned in it's original undamaged condition within 7 days of delivery date (14 days for overseas shipments - Express Mail the item if needbe.) I do require written notification of a return/refund request via email with 48 hours, or slow mail within 2 business days of postal delivery - which always require's the buyer's signature. NO EXCEPTIONS! Refunds are made as funds allow, once the original piece or custom slot has been resold. Any work already significantly started will require that I retain the original body, if supplied by the buyer.

Shipping Info and Charges:

All shipping within the USA is done via USPS Priority Mail, or Express Mail, fully insured, with delivery confirmation and online tracking. ALL shipments REQUIRE a signature upon delivery or pickup, NO EXCEPTIONS. I do not ship UPS or FedEx due to insurance issues involving fragile, fine art object limits. I am looking into changing over to Registered Mail insured as this ensures better security and may be a less expensive means to ship with insurance. All larger ceramics are packed in custom cut foam blocks and double boxed for safer handling. I may charge a small additional materials fee for this packing. Smaller ceramics and resins may be shipped with bubble wrap and single boxing unless otherwise requested, at the artist's discretion. All overseas shipments are mailed USPS Express Mail, fully insured, with online tracking when possible, though other overseas shipping methods may be considered on a case by case basis.

Life Time Limited warranty:

All of my work comes with a limited life-time warranty for free minor repairs/restoration for as long as I remain a working and able equine sculpture artist. This limited warranty is transferable to new owners of my work through secondary market resales but covers no other warranty or liability, cash refund, credit, or replacement unless otherwise deamed suitable in writing by the artist on a piece by piece basis. It is up to my artistic judgement what constitutes a "minor" repair, but this is usually one break or less (chips, etc) with multiple breaks constituting major repair which may incure additional fees.

Photography Usage:

All owners of my work have permission to use photographic images of their pieces as posted to this website. This permission is limited to internet and personal use only and requires both artist and photographer credit to be noted. No sale or hardcopy published use of these images is allowed without the written permission of the artist!
